Print, cut and laminate pictures. I use them in different ways.
1. The youngest children take a picture and just say a correct pronoun (he / she / it / they).
2. Older students make sentences using 'to be' (for ex. Fiona is a beautiful princess).
3. Students describe pictures (learning the clothes and colors).
Rules: students take a card and do the task. If they are correct, they save the card. If their sentence has a mistake, they put the card back. I often give more points if one student has some pictures from one movie (2 or 3 pictures of Fiona, for example). It encourages student to continue game even if their answer isn't not correct (they still have a chance to win due to additional points).
My students like these games and some of them propose also they ideas how to use these card.
