The first part can be used as a simple oral reading exercise and includes basic information about Great Britain (GB), and a short quiz on capital cities etc. Then the students must look at some intersesting facts about GB and decide which of them are false. Answers are provided. This could be used as a single activity for a whole class with oral explanation of key British topics/icons and asking students questions about 'weird' laws in their country.
