I had the same problem. I only download 1 worksheet without previewing it. I don't know what's the problem with the site. Something isn't functioning well. Have you received any comment about your worksheets? There is something strange about that too.
It seems that there is a problem on the site. I have been unable to use the site
properly since yesterday. I can not open any of the worksheets and when I click
my user name nothing happens so I can`t enter my resources. Would you please,
be so kind as to check what the problem is ?

Sorry to hear that something went wrong. I checked your account on both Firefox and Chrome at 15:00 CET today, and everything worked fine. I could download resources with your account, and anywhere I clicked worked fine.

I need more info to be able to help you:
1) a very detailed description of what you are experiencing
2) what device you're using, and what browser you're using
3) do things get better if you refresh the page (ctrl F5)?
Unfortunately, the problem I wrote about still persists. The CTRL F5 option doesn`t help.
When I click the gagadragana "space" in the right upper corner the "dropping menu"
doesn`t appear, so I can`t use the option "my resources".
Another problem is that there is no preview of whatever worksheet I try to open.
I am using a Toshiba laptop and the Google Chrome browser and I have no problems with other sites.

like I said, I'm here to help you with this. It's just that we need some further information from you because when we test your account, everything works fine, as seen below. So once again, we need to know about what device you're using and what browser.
Most importantly, are you sure that when you click the CTRL button TOGETHER WITH the F5 button, it doesn't help?
