hello I am so impressed by the diversity and quality of worksheets made by the members here.
My problem is that I have been a taker of worksheets rather than a provider and it makes me feel a bit guilty. To tell the truth I have so many ideas but I am useless with a computer!!!
is there any way members could give instruction on what are the best ways to create a worksheet.Ive been teaching 20 years now and would love to share the things that have worked for me but as I say I still have to make them by hand!!I am not looking for a free tutorial but just wish I knew how to go about making stuff so that I would be able to contribute more to the site.any help appeciated i.e. clipart sites how to go about things etc....slan go foill

Hi- a few months ago I had no idea how to create a ws either! But thanks to Phillip R I learned how and was inspired by him to take the plunge. Here's his ws entitled How to create attractive worksheets - http://en.islcollective.com/worksheets/worksheet_page?id=17064. He has written others entitled: Ideas to Create Useful Worksheets and How & Where to get Ideas. You can find them here on his site. He gives tips about clipart too- but Google and Bing Images not to mention Microsoft Word's own clip art are more than enough for a start. You'll discover your own favorite sites from there.
