What am I doing wrong? I've just tried and failed twice to upload a worksheet and received a message telling me there's a problem. There is no error code (just "Code ()") in the message. It was annoying to have to enter all the details twice and I can't see what could have caused the problem. Can anyone help please?

Hi. Sorry for the inconvenience. I think it must may been a temporary glitch of some sorts, since I did a test upload now, and it worked for me.

Can you pls try again, this time without entering the ws details, just to test it? (If it worked, you can enter the details later by clicking on Edit your ws on the ws page.

But anyways, I'll pass on the error message "Code ()" to our coder to check with him. He's on holiday, though, so it might take a couple days.

Thanks for your patience,

Peter

Hi Peter, thanks for the response. I've just tried again without success, but now I can see the reason why. The file exceeds the 1MB limit (it has pictures so I'll need to go back to it and make them a bit smaller). Thanks for your help.

By the way - any chance of adding "adult" as a type of student when uploading resources? Most of mine are suitable for adults but not necessarily for Business English & Professionals.

Hi, good to hear the problem is solved. I'll see to it that the error message will be more clearly worded.

Thanks for the suggestion for the new student type category. It makes sense to me too, I added it.

Bless up,

thanks Peter! I can see that adult is now there as a student type, and this is much appreciated.
