I am a dedicated, professional EFL Teacher with almost 15 years experience, whose primary purpose is to drive students towards a higher level of proficiency in the English language. I have taught a plethoria of pedagogical approaches paying particular focus on the communicative method; a common practise in language schools globally.<br /> <br /> Having lived, taught and volunteered across three continents in over half a dozen countries I am able to draw on these experiences as a tool for understanding students individual learning needs. As each nationality experience problems with L2; it is my job to iron out these flaws and alert them to common pitfalls when communicating.<br /> <br /> In addition I lead teacher training sessions & workshops, mentor, create syllabi and design exams & materials for schools.<br /> <br /> In my spare time I review attractions and eating/drinking establishments for a number of online travel sites. I also contribute to advice forums and set up travel blogs.<br /> <br /> Both in and out of work, teaching, learning and sharing are of great importance to me.
