Debates (one vs. one or in teams) is one of the most effectives ways of teaching the language as it develops multiple receptive and production skills. Students conduct research, organize their thoughts, prepare speeches, learn to work within a team and practice their presentation and speaking skills. They learn to “think on their feet” (in the format where questions or “points of information” are allowed).

The above downloadable teaching material is recommended for business/professional students, high school students and adults at Intermediate (B1) and Upper-intermediate (B2) level. It is useful for developing your class' Listening, Speaking and Reading skills. It features the theme of Health, going to the doctor.
