How To Play. There are 2 different game sheets, one for upper-case, and one for lower-case. The teacher selects one of either for the game. Divide the class into pairs. Make sure the students have different colored pens. The teacher holds a pack of letter cards, either upper or lower-case. Obviously the cards must be the opposite case to what's on the sheet. The teacher flashes a letter card. The quickest students (of the pairs) to put a circle around the opposite case to that letter get the points for that round. Any disputes can be solved by Rock Scissors Paper. There's a super bonus round at the end. When all 16 rounds are finished, students can tally their scores to determine the winners. As a variation, students could rotate each round (if there are enough students), so that they have a different opponent each round. A class champion and top 10 could be written on the board. You could also just keep it light and let the students compare scores among themselves. Enjoy!

The above downloadable printable is recommended for high school students, elementary school students and kindergartners and nursery school students at Beginner (pre-A1) and Elementary (A1) level. It was designed for improving your pupils' Reading skills.
