There are 2 activities covering different words in American and British English. In the 1st one students match the words, in the 2nd one they take turns to read the sentenses and ´translate´ them into another British/American :)

The above downloadable handout is best suited for high school students and adults at Elementary (A1) and Pre-intermediate (A2) level. It is useful for working on your students' Listening skills. It features the theme of American/British English.
