Divide the profiles into cards and divide them into teams. It's okay to repeat a few and teams can be as large as 5 people. Then Ss read, compare and analyse the profiles and choose the best candidate. If they feel like it, they could act out the final selection of the best person for the job. Good for practising alternative comparatives: as ... as, etc.
