I originally made a set of cards which included a black spider ( this one has a black dog) . The objective is to take it in turns to select a card from the hand - if you take the black dog you lose. Also you can print out two sets and do a pairs game. It is a "first game" to learn colours and animals - adjective before the noun. There is a simple board game with the same animals.

The above downloadable printable is meant for kindergartners and nursery school students at Beginner (pre-A1) level. It is valuable for teaching Adjectives in English, and was designed for working on your pupils' Speaking skills. It features the vocabulary topic of Colours.
