I came up with this idea after one of my cardio-box lessons in the gym. I thought it could be a different way of teaching the alphabet and at the same time doing some "cardio training" with your students, (joking!! ;-)... Of course it's not about boxing and I´m sure the instructions concerning the movements are not accurate, but it's just an idea, you can change it and make a "dancing alphabet" or whatever you can come up with. Just match each letter to a movement and you'll get it. I hope you like it!
