Pupils should put the sentences into the Present Perfect form and then put the 3rd form of the verb into the crossword. You can also revise Christmas vocabulary. The verbs are: meet, pay, say, sink, tell, sell, feed, sink, ring, sing, drink, begin.

The above printable, downloadable handout is intended for high school students and adults at Elementary (A1) level. It is great for consolidating Present perfect tenses in English, and can be used for honing your class' Writing skills. It is focused on the theme of Christmas. The key is provided, too.
