A consonant digraph is made up from two consonants which join together to produce a single sound. The most common consonant digraphs are ch-, sh-, th-, ph- and wh-.

This printable, downloadable handout is meant for elementary school students at Beginner (pre-A1) and Elementary (A1) level. It is great for revising Consonants and vowels and Phonetics (pronunciation, IPA, phonetic symbols) in English, and is useful for strengthening your students' Listening, Spelling, Speaking and Reading skills.
