First study the article. I let them work with a partner on vocab, then we do the listening gapfill. After checking, students work in pairs or groups to complete the rest of the activities.
It ran long in most classes, so I usually cut out Activity 4.

This lesson was designed for a 2 hour conversation class for adult intermediates.

This printable, downloadable handout was created for business/professional students, high school students and adults at Intermediate (B1), Upper-intermediate (B2), Advanced (C1) and Proficient (C2) level. It was designed for developing your groups' Listening, Spelling, Speaking, Reading and Writing skills. It is focused on the theme of Age. The exercises come with answers.
