This is a great speaking activity using the Simple Past regular or irregular verbs. Ss must think of their activities during the last week and list them in a chart. Then, Student A talks to their partner telling them what they did on each day. As Student B listens, he/she completes a different chart to practice their listening comprehension. You may wish to extend the activity to have Student B then recount Student A's activities.

The above printable, downloadable handout is recommended for high school students, elementary school students and adults at Elementary (A1) and Pre-intermediate (A2) level. It is great for practising Past simple tense in English, and is useful for honing your pupils' Speaking skills. It features the topic and words of Days of the week.
