A source of questions you can ask students to elicit answers about previously learned words to describe the appearance or character.
You can print it out and cut it and make the students draw the questions.
You can just ask them the questions directly.
Good for any level, if you pre-teach some new vocab to describe people.

Can be used for comparing (you take two pieces and ask to compare eg. a person you love with someone you hate)

This downloadable worksheet was created for high school students and adults at Pre-intermediate (A2) and Intermediate (B1) level. It is aimed at teaching Adjectives to describe personality and character in English, and is a valuable material for working on your pupils' Speaking skills.
