A set of 50 different dominoes (50 pairs of easy opposites) to print, laminate and play with.

In addition to the words there are small visual hints and also, all the dominoes have the number of spots which must match. (For example; the opposite pair of 'POOR/RICH' both have two spots.) This will help younger learners know if they have the right word match.

Although the English is at a basic level the game can be enjoyed at all levels.

There are many ways to use these cards with both small and large classes.

Let me know if these are of use to you.

Good luck!

The above downloadable handout is a great resource for high school students, elementary school students, kindergartners and nursery school students and adults at Beginner (pre-A1), Elementary (A1), Pre-intermediate (A2), Intermediate (B1) and Upper-intermediate (B2) level. It is great for revising Opposites (antonyms) in English, and was designed for honing your students' Reading skills. It focuses on the vocabulary topic of Opposites.
