Hand out the worksheet for Ss and make sure they understand the words/phrases. Provide them with examples of what you would like them to do in this activity.
Ss then find a partner and ask each other ONE question about one of the statements. If someone’s answer is positive, their partner can write down their name in the table. After that let them move on the next person. Whoever collects 4 names first will be the winner and has to shout "Bingo!" out loud. (These 4 names must be in a row: diagonally, horizontally or vertically.)

After the game it's useful to have a "feedback" part - e.g. everyone shares the most interesting thing they found out about their groupmates.

The above downloadable teaching material is best suited for high school students and adults at Elementary (A1) and Pre-intermediate (A2) level. It is valuable for revising Past simple tense and Questions: Yes or No questions in English, and is useful for improving your learners' Speaking skills. It is focused on the topic and words of Daily routines, Food, Free time, leisure activities and Past.
