Students prepare questions about some past activities. They move around to find someone who did the activities and write their names. They fill in the sentences with the students' names and choose the correct verb form (either positive or negative). They report the results to the class.

The above downloadable worksheet is best suited for high school students, elementary school students, adults and students with special educational needs, learning difficulties, e.g. dyslexia at Beginner (pre-A1) and Elementary (A1) level. It is a useful material for teaching Past simple tense in English, and can be used for improving your students' Speaking skills.
