40 Homographs. Each homograph is writen in a sentence which a sound guide in red beneath the 2 homographs. As I'm Australia a word like 'matter' would be 'm-at-tah' for me but I still put 'm-at-ter'. Its up to you if you change this.

This downloadable handout is a great resource for high school students and elementary school students at Pre-intermediate (A2), Intermediate (B1) and Upper-intermediate (B2) level. It is great for consolidating Homonyms (two words with the same pronunciation - homophones and homographs) in English, and can be used for developing your groups' Listening, Speaking and Reading skills. It focuses on the vocabulary topic of Homonyms and Words easily confused.
