This activity is about Hong Kong's Umbrella Revolution. There is a listening exercise in which students will watch a video on the background of the protest and answer some questions. In the other exercise, students will have to read about the symbols of the protest and tell each other.

This downloadable teaching material is intended for adults at Intermediate (B1), Upper-intermediate (B2) and Advanced (C1) level. It is useful for improving your class' Listening and Speaking skills. The key is provided, too.
