These paper mache pumpkins are made from balloons wrapped in newspaper strips that have been dipped in a mixture of glue and water.
The pumpkins also have to be allowed to dry for 1 or 2 days. Once dry, the balloon is popped and a face is carved with an exacto knife.
If you take good care of them, this decoration will last for many years!

The above downloadable handout was created for high school students, elementary school students and kindergartners and nursery school students at Beginner (pre-A1) and Elementary (A1) level. It is excellent for improving your groups' Reading skills. It is about the topic and words of Halloween.
