I created the worksheet to celebrate World Kindness Day with my 8 year olds. The aim of the activity is to prepare a "kindness recipe", revise some vocabulary (body, adjectives) and to show students how to be kind and useful to others.
1. Kids read the recipe and match the words with body parts in the picture. They have to draw some of them and colour all of them (e.g. they draw a big smile and colour it, but they just have to colour the hands).
2. We drill the recipe reading/saying it together. While saying the words, children point to the specified body parts.
3. In pairs children prepare short roleplays to act out the recipe. E.g. "2 ready feet". Person A: Can you help me? Person B: Of course! (and he/she runs to bring something).
