This is a fun simple basic vocabulary building crossword puzzle about wild animals and practicing how to count from 11-20. The students have to draw the line connected from the kite to the animal to figure out which animal is flying which kite. It's ideally used for young children who are just starting to learn how to read and write. It can be used for a class as a whole or one-on-one. This is a great way to practice writing and spelling skills and reinforce the brand new vocabulary that the kids just learned. You can also use this with flashcards so the students can make connections and understand better the sentences/words on this worksheet.

This downloadable handout is recommended for elementary school students and kindergartners and nursery school students at Beginner (pre-A1) and Elementary (A1) level. It is valuable for revising Questions (interrogative) in English, and can be used for developing your class' Spelling, Reading and Writing skills. It is focused on the vocabulary topic of Animals and Numbers.
