This activity is a game that can be played in groups to practise present perfect tense and past tenses. Each student is asked a question "Have you ever..?" and has to reply: "Yes, I have". If it is a lie, he must quickly make up a story backing up his statement and answer the questions of other students (when, why, how many times..). Then the students guess, it the story is true or not.

The above downloadable printable is intended for high school students and adults at Pre-intermediate (A2) and Intermediate (B1) level. It is aimed at practising Verb tenses in English, and is excellent for working on your groups' Speaking skills.
