This simple lesson plan is for elementary and pre-intermediate learners but is also a useful tool for review with intermediate and even upper-intermediate learners. The focus is on locations around town. Students practice asking where places are and explaining locations using prepositions of place, street names and shop names. The town map on page two can be used to adapt the lesson to practice giving directions, too.

The present downloadable worksheet is recommended for business/professional students, high school students and adults at Beginner (pre-A1), Elementary (A1), Pre-intermediate (A2), Intermediate (B1) and Upper-intermediate (B2) level. It is aimed at teaching Prepositions and Prepositions of place in English, and is excellent for developing your students' Listening, Speaking and Reading skills. It is about the theme of Giving Directions and Places.
