Ss have to, in groups of 3 or 4, make up their own inventions! They have to brainstorm some ideas first on a separate piece of paper, then they have to fill in the make your own invnetion worksheet. For the reasons box, they have to tell the story of how they thought of their invention. Stress that they must use the past continuous.
