Making Complaints- speaking cards

This role play was created to help your students practice in pairs a conversation between a shop assistant and a costumer complaining about something he/she had bought previously and there is always a problem for them so they can't receive a refund. The conversation may end: S.A. "Sorry, we can't give you a refund because... . But you can send a letter to the manufacturer" Now you can encourage your students to write a formal letter of complaint.
