I created these question sheets to help my students determine if a noun was count or non-count and common or proper. We use them as anchor charts. The sheet is a good companion to my Noun Category Slap game.

This downloadable printable is recommended for high school students, elementary school students and adults at Intermediate (B1) and Upper-intermediate (B2) level. It is aimed at teaching Nouns and Nouns: Proper nouns (names of people, cities, companies) in English, and is excellent for improving your groups' Listening and Writing skills.

I've been teaching since 2000 and love what I do! Teaching ESL is something I'm passionate about and I love planning new lessons and activities to help my students learn. In the past I've taught all grades from K-adult but especially enjoy teaching beginning ESL students grades 3-8. This year I'll also be teaching EAP courses at a community college and am looking forward to teaching adults once again.
