A small exercise to test people´s listening comprehension and challenge their pronunciation using oronyms. I have included the snap game at the end, also. Tell them that some people have spoken text messages into their smart phones but the software hasn´t recognised what they said. It´s up to the class to decide what the speakers meant to say. An answer key is provided.

This downloadable teaching material is recommended for business/professional students, high school students, elementary school students, adults and students with special educational needs, learning difficulties, e.g. dyslexia at Pre-intermediate (A2), Intermediate (B1), Upper-intermediate (B2), Advanced (C1) and Proficient (C2) level. It is useful for improving your learners' Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing skills. You will find the key at the end of the worksheet.
