This worksheet has been created for adult pre-intermediate students. The text has been adapted from How decaffeinated coffee is made. Students are asked to fill in the blanks with the correct form of the verb provided. It can also be used with high school students.

This downloadable handout is meant for business/professional students, high school students and adults at Pre-intermediate (A2) level. It is great for teaching Passive voice or active voice in English. The answer key is provided, too.
