The idea is to practice the use of the past continuous tense. Students are supposed to fill in the blanks with an appropriate form of the verbs in brackets. Then, they can continue by asking questions for each sentence and providing answers - affirmative or negative.

The above downloadable worksheet is intended for elementary school students at Elementary (A1) level. It is aimed at revising Past continuous (progressive) tense in English, and is a valuable material for improving your class' Writing skills. It centers around the topic and words of Actions.
