his fantastic activity focuses on asking questions about past events using the past simple or past progressive form. Students are asked to help Sherlock Holmes to solve a murder case by asking questions about past events. Students practice their oral skills, gramtical structures and have fun along the way!

The present printable, downloadable handout is recommended for high school students and adults at Intermediate (B1) level. It is great for teaching Past simple & continuous tense in English, and can be used for honing your students' Speaking and Reading skills.
