Here students practise the two past tenses: simple and continuous. In the first part they have to put the different lines of the "The Un/Fortunately-Story" in order, memorize the lines and then tell it to the rest of the class. They really enjoy it. But most of all they enjoy the second part where they have to create their own stories first! Good to practise these two tenses together! Have fun!

This downloadable handout is meant for business/professional students, high school students, elementary school students and adults at Elementary (A1), Pre-intermediate (A2), Intermediate (B1) and Upper-intermediate (B2) level. It is valuable for teaching Past simple & continuous tense in English, and is useful for developing your class' Speaking, Reading and Writing skills.
