A throwdown is a challenge. Side by side comparison of present simple and present continuous: usage/time words/& formation charts. I laminated this chart with Past Simple & Continuous on the back.

This printable, downloadable handout is best suited for high school students, elementary school students, adults and students with special educational needs, learning difficulties, e.g. dyslexia at Elementary (A1), Pre-intermediate (A2) and Intermediate (B1) level. It is valuable for revising Present simple vs continuous (progressive) tense in English, and is excellent for improving your students' Reading skills. The answers are provided, too.
