This is a reading activity about the differences between Trinidadian and Jamaican culture. The goal is to present more of the English-speaking world and run away from the classic dicotomy between American and British English. The text also work with conjunctions.

The above downloadable teaching material is intended for high school students and adults at Intermediate (B1) level. It is great for teaching Conjunctions (aka connectives, e.g. and, but, or, so, then) in English, and can be used for developing your class' Reading skills. It is focused on the theme of City.
