This is a worksheet of speaking and writing practice for group work. First, each group chooses one word to fill in the center of the chart. Second, one of the group members makes a sentence with the word. Next, the rest of the group members make their WH- inquiries about the sentence. They also have to figure out what answers to the inquiries they make are. Third, group members take turns asking with the inquiries, and the one who makes the inquiry should respond. Fourth, make up a story with the answers. Last, have group members read the story together and revise it for logical thinking. Share their story with whole class.I particularly thank Phillip Martin for his wonderful pictures.

This printable, downloadable handout is intended for high school students, elementary school students and adults at Pre-intermediate (A2), Intermediate (B1) and Upper-intermediate (B2) level. It is great for revising Questions (interrogatives) in English, and is useful for honing your groups' Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing skills. The exercises come with the solutions.
