I created a listening worksheet for a short extract from one of my favorite films, The Gods Must Be Crazy. "A comic allegory about a traveling Bushman who encounters modern civilization and its stranger aspects, including a clumsy scientist and a band of revolutionaries. " http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0080801/

The extract is about 8 minutes long, but you can show this 4 minutes to have a completely meaningful sequence:

I wanted to practise the passive voice, so I wrote comprehension questions, and I provided the beginning of the answers in a way that they can only be finished using the passive structure.

Page 2 contains a gapfill listening exercise based on sentences from the video.

Bless up,
Peter

The above downloadable handout is best suited for high school students and adults at Pre-intermediate (A2), Intermediate (B1) and Upper-intermediate (B2) level. It is aimed at revising Passive voice or active voice in English, and is a valuable material for enhancing your pupils' Listening skills. It includes the answer key, too.
