The Supporting Act

The BBC have made this touching, heartwarming clip for Christmas. There is no talking, so it's great for teaching English! The clip is 2:01 minutes long. Here are 20 questions which practise the present tenses, both simple and continuous. I would give each student 3 or 4 questions to answer... Or else, several viewings! The BBC will add to this story as Christmas approaches... I hope this worksheet will be useful. Key included.

This downloadable worksheet is meant for high school students, elementary school students and students with special educational needs, learning difficulties, e.g. dyslexia at Pre-intermediate (A2) and Intermediate (B1) level. It is a useful material for revising Present simple vs continuous (progressive) tense in English, and is useful for working on your groups' Reading skills. It includes a key, too.
