I got the idea from other worksheets I saw online; but the other ones I saw either had too much English, or were the wrong grammar for the grade level. So I created my own.
It`s a very simple worksheet, containing only five spaces. For book and game I suggest letting the children either draw a picture or write in their native language. For color I plan to have them write in English (in their favorite color, of course. Food and drink I feel can go either way.
The main goal is just more exposure to sentence structure. At the bottom is a quick Japanese pronunciation for the phrases `I love` and `My favorite__is__`. The students should say these sentences out loud corresponding to what they`ve written on the worksheet.
