These worksheets contain classic cartoon characters in order to make it more enjoyable. It deals with verb to be in the affirmative and negative forms. Students already have the subject and the complement in these sentences. Each sentence is signed with an affirmative and negative form for them to see which best fits. After completing the task, teachers can cover the sentences and students can make a negative and an affirmative sentence using verb to be.

This downloadable handout is meant for elementary school students and kindergartners and nursery school students at Beginner (pre-A1) level. It is a useful material for practising Verb patterns in English, and can be used for honing your groups' Writing skills. It features the vocabulary topic of Celebrities (stars, famous people).
