Short worksheet to explain the difference between staying (at a hotel, for example), being somewhere and spending time doing something. Great for Spanish students struggling with the difference between these three verbs. Works great for pre-intermediate and intermediate students, but can also serve as a quick drill for higher levels who still make this mistake.

The present downloadable printable is best suited for business/professional students, high school students and adults at Pre-intermediate (A2) and Intermediate (B1) level. It can be used for working on your groups' Speaking skills.
