If you are talking about countries in class, creating a travel brochure can be a great addition to the lesson! My students were working on a project where they had to be a travel agent for a country of choice. These brochures helped them to organize their information after they broke down different foods, landmarks, and famous people.
There are two sheets, one with more simple language. They also include a back where they can create a poster/map for their country.

The above printable, downloadable handout is intended for high school students and elementary school students at Elementary (A1), Pre-intermediate (A2), Intermediate (B1) and Upper-intermediate (B2) level. It is useful for working on your groups' Speaking, Reading and Writing skills.
