Video Activity Crash

This is a worksheet to be used with the film Crash. It's a great film to discuss racism, sexism, and discrimination. The activity requires students to identify characters in the film, think about the problems addressed in the film, discuss and write on these topics. I have used this in higher level ESL classes in France (1ère, Terminale and BTS). Ss generally have a very positive response to this film.

The present downloadable handout is intended for business/professional students, high school students and adults at Upper-intermediate (B2) and Advanced (C1) level. It is a valuable material for improving your pupils' Listening, Speaking and Writing skills. It is focused on the topic and words of Human rights, racism, discrimination.

I began teaching as a FLE (français langue étrangère) teacher in the U.S. and now use my teaching knowledge and experience to teach EFL in France. I work with students who have left the traditional school system as it does not work for them, and who are pursuing their studies while completing vocational training. English is often not the subject of choice, but I try to make topics fun and interesting.
