A great picture to practise the present continuous tense. They read the sentences and decide who is speaking, then in the second exercise, they supply the verbs. These two exercises can be done consecutively, or independently of each other. Key provided.

The above printable, downloadable handout is intended for high school students and elementary school students at Elementary (A1), Pre-intermediate (A2) and Intermediate (B1) level. It is aimed at consolidating Present continuous (progressive) tense in English, and was designed for honing your class' Reading and Writing skills. You will find the answer key at the end of the worksheet.
