This is a multi-purpose activity that can be used either as a reading or a speaking activity. In addition it can be exploited to revise grammar: Present Continuous and preposition of place and movement. Apart from the information given by the picture, I've added family relationships in order to use the activity as a revision of the use of the Saxon Genitive and vocabulary related to family and friendship.
Finally students can make up stories about the characters or make predictioons about what is going to happen.
You can use it as a contest as well

The above downloadable worksheet is a great resource for high school students, elementary school students, adults and students with special educational needs, learning difficulties, e.g. dyslexia at Pre-intermediate (A2) and Intermediate (B1) level. It is a useful material for revising Prepositions of movement, Prepositions of place, Present continuous (progressive) tense and Present simple tense in English, and is a valuable material for strengthening your learners' Speaking, Reading and Writing skills. The exercises come with answers.
