Comparison words: comparing liked & disliked school subjects and foods, then describing Harry Potter characters and comparing them.

Print off the character pages and give one to each student; once they have filled in the adjectives on their character sheet and presented them in front of the class, pair them up to compare two characters, using comparison words and the scaffold in the slide.

This downloadable printable is recommended for high school students and elementary school students at Beginner (pre-A1), Elementary (A1) and Pre-intermediate (A2) level. It is a useful material for revising Comparison: Comparative adjectives and structures in English, and is useful for strengthening your pupils' Reading and Writing skills. It centers around the theme of Describing people, Hobbies, People and Personality and character.
