pp presentation, teacher starts by asking them to read the first slides which explains the situation; they are planning a trip for their next vacation everything is ready but when they arrive to the hotel everything they were offered is wrong, the room is ugly the food is bad the view is terrible etc... finally ss must write a letter complaining about the service they recibed ... ( the first image is what they were expecting the second is what they got) finally if the students are in an advance level they can act out a scene where one is the person complaining and the other is the manager of the hotel.. hope you enjoy =D
