By reading about some British superstitions and deciding whether they are true or false students get familiarised with the first conditional. The last slides include working out the use and form, as well as an easy online practice. Students can then write about their country's superstitions.

The above printable, downloadable handout is intended for high school students, elementary school students and adults at Elementary (A1) and Pre-intermediate (A2) level. It is aimed at practising Conditional 1 (first conditional) in English, and was designed for working on your groups' Reading skills. It centers around the vocabulary topic of United Kingdom. The exercises come with answers.
